Every business is familiar with the need for improved
efficiency. With the constant increase
of the self-employed and small businesses in Canada we now have more companies
focused on doing one thing and doing it well. The problem with efficiency
arises because there is a lot more require to run a business that the service
that business set out to do. Data entry, administration, invoicing, purchasing,
scheduling and following up with clients and prospects are only the tip of the
iceberg.
It’s likely that when you or someone else in your company have been bottle-necked with a build-up of these tasks you’ve thought “There has to be a batter/faster way.” The good news is there is a better way; the bad news is it’s hard to find the time to discover that better way and even hard to implement it. We all want to work smarter not harder sometime the smartest thing is to simply say “You’ve done this before and I haven’t, what do you think?” |
